How do I receive my digital purchase?
Digital products are provided using the delivery method described on the product page. Where download access applies, after successful payment you can download from the Order Received page, and the completed-order email also includes the download link.
How many times can I download it?
Where download access applies, downloads are currently limited to up to 5 downloads unless a product page states otherwise.
How long is the download available?
Where download access applies, downloads are currently available for 30 days from purchase unless a product page states otherwise.
What if the email or digital access does not arrive?
Check spam or promotions, then email support@sleepbuddykids.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
For digital products, change-of-mind refunds may not be available once the download has begun, where legally permitted. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. If a file is defective or inaccessible, contact support@sleepbuddykids.com with your order number.
Can I print the colouring pages more than once for my household?
Yes. Purchases are for personal or household use, and intended printing of printables is allowed.
Can I share or resell the file?
No. Resale, redistribution, public sharing, or commercial use is not allowed unless a product expressly says otherwise.
Are digital products available worldwide?
Yes. Our digital products are available worldwide, subject to any checkout or payment restrictions that may apply.
Can I return a physical product?
Print-on-demand items are made to order, so change-of-mind returns are not available. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@sleepbuddykids.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement where covered.
