Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
Who we are
Sleep Buddy Kids is operated by Space Lab Apps Pty Ltd (Australia). ABN 59 686 002 817. Registered office: 25 Sowden Drive, Samson WA 6163, Australia. We are registered for GST in Australia. Prices are shown in USD; where Australian GST applies, it is included in the displayed price.

Using this shop
These Terms apply when you browse or buy from the Sleep Buddy Kids Shop. These Terms should be read together with our Shop Policies and Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products and pricing
Product details and prices are shown on the shop. We may update products, prices, and availability. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before we accept an order.
Orders and payments
Orders are placed through our checkout. Payment methods shown at checkout (including card and PayPal where available) may be used. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and we confirm it. Guest checkout is available.
Digital products and delivery
Digital products are provided using the delivery method described on the product page and are supplied after successful payment. Where download access applies, you can usually download from the successful Order Received page, and the completed-order customer email also includes the download link. Where download access applies, downloads are currently limited to up to 5 downloads within 30 days of purchase unless a product page states otherwise. If you cannot access a purchase you have paid for, contact support@sleepbuddykids.com with your order number.
Immediate supply and cancellation
Before purchasing digital content, you must expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that any applicable cancellation or withdrawal right may be lost once the download begins. If you do not provide the required consent, the digital purchase cannot be completed. Rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Licence (personal / household)
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or household use of digital products you buy. You may print or use a printable as intended for that product. You must not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or use the files commercially unless a specific product expressly allows it.
Worldwide digital sales
Digital products are available for purchase worldwide, subject to any checkout or payment restrictions that may apply.
Physical products
Physical merchandise ships to selected countries and regions only (currently including Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Japan). Shipping availability and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. See Shipping for details. Returns information for physical products is provided in our Shop Policies.
Your rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Misuse
You must not misuse the shop (including fraud, abuse of downloads, or infringement of our or others' rights). We may refuse or cancel orders, or suspend access, where reasonably necessary to protect the shop or other customers.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
