Downloads, refunds, shipping, support, and licence information for the Sleep Buddy Kids Shop.
Digital Products & Downloads
Digital products are provided using the delivery method described on the product page and are supplied after successful payment. Where download access applies, download access is available on the successful Order Received page, the completed-order customer email also contains the download link, and downloads are currently limited to up to 5 downloads within 30 days of purchase unless a product page states otherwise. Guest checkout is supported. If email or digital access is missing, check spam or promotions, then email support@sleepbuddykids.com with your order number.
Refunds and Returns
For digital products, change-of-mind refunds may not be available once the download has begun, where legally permitted. Before immediate digital supply, checkout requires your explicit consent and acknowledgement that an applicable cancellation or withdrawal right may be lost once the download begins. This does not affect rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
If a file is defective, incorrect, or inaccessible after a successful purchase, contact support@sleepbuddykids.com with your order number so we can help.
Physical print-on-demand products are made to order for each purchase. Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not available. There is no warehouse return address for unused items.
If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@sleepbuddykids.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Where the issue is covered, we arrange a replacement through our print partner. This does not affect rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Shipping
Digital products require no shipping. Physical merchandise ships to selected countries only (including Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Japan). Shipping availability and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Full details: Shipping.

Digital Licence
Purchases are for personal or household use. Intended printing of printables is allowed. Resale, redistribution, public sharing, or commercial exploitation is not allowed unless a product expressly says otherwise.
